Note: Refresh the soundbar to re-establish HDMI connection with TV after scheduled auto-updates.
1. Unplug the AC power cord of soundbar from the wall outlet
2. Wait for 2 mins to fully discharge the soundbar
3. Plug the AC power cord back into the wall outlet
Setting HDMI CEC
1. Press Settings (Gear icon) button on the TV remote control
2. Select All Settings on the menu
3. Select Sound tab
4. Select Sound Out
5. Select Audio Out (Optical/HDMI ARC)
6. Under SIMPLINK (HDMI-CEC) option, set to On
7. Go to General tab
8. Select SIMPLINK (HDMI-CEC)
9. Set General to On
10. Set Auto Power Sync to On
