STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:
NOTE
Refresh the soundbar to re-establish HDMI connection with TV after scheduled auto-updates.

Unplug the AC power cord of soundbar from the wall outlet

Wait for 2 mins to fully discharge the soundbar

Plug the AC power cord back into the wall outlet
NOTE
Connect TV's HDMI eARC to soundbar HDMI 1 ARC with a HDMI-certified High-Speed 2.0 cable (18Gbps) for high quality video and audio. Recommended HDMI Cable >
If your TV has been connected to a sound system previously, perform full reset on your TV to clear the cache >
1. HDMI CEC SETTINGS
Click on the arrow button at the sides of the image to go forward/backward for settings. (Click on image to enlarge)

Devices > HDMI Settings > SIMPLINK (HDMI-CEC) > On

Devices > HDMI Settings > HDMI Deep Color

Devices > HDMI Settings > HDMI Deep Color > 4K
(To ensure that HDMI Deep Color option is changeable, connect a streaming device like Apple TV, Nvidia Shield, Roku TV, etc and playing a video, otherwise the option will be greyed out)
