STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE:

NOTE
Connect LG Blu-ray Player (HDMI Out Main) to soundbar HDMI 2 or 3 (processing prioritized ports) with a HDMI-certified High-Speed 2.0 cable (18Gbps) for high quality video and audio. Recommended HDMI Cable >
For Dolby Atmos support, ensure your Bluray player is certified to support Dolby Digital Plus format at minimum (Dolby TrueHD format for lossless Dolby Atmos audio)
For DTS:X support, ensure your Bluray player is certified to support DTS-HD Master Audio format
For Bluray disc playback, check out your disc audio setup to verify the audio formats available

Option 2 (For contents which require HDCP 2.2 standard):
Video: Connect Blu-ray / DVD Player (HDMI Out) to TV with a HDMI-certified High-Speed 2.0 cable (18Gbps)
Audio: Connect Blu-ray / DVD Player to soundbar with an Optical cable
For Bluray disc playback, check out your disc audio setup to verify the audio formats available. Select Dolby Digital or DTS audio tracks for optimal experience with the soundbar

Option 1: Switch the soundbar to HDMI input and observe the LED light status at the front of soundbar when playing content (3 LED = Dolby Digital; 2 LED = DTS)
Option 2: Switch the soundbar to Optical
input and observe the LED light status at the front of soundbar when playing content (3 LED = Dolby Digital; 2 LED = DTS)
