HDMI CEC SETTINGS FOR SEAMLESS CONTROLS

Note: Refresh the soundbar to re-establish HDMI connection with TV after scheduled auto-updates.
1. Unplug the AC power cord of soundbar from the wall outlet
2. Wait for 2 mins to fully discharge the soundbar
3. Plug the AC power cord back into the wall outlet
Setting HDMI CEC
1. Press Menu button to access the settings
2. Select Setup
3. Under Setup menu, select VIERA Link Settings
4. Set VIERA Link to ON
5. Set Power on Link to ON
6. Set Power off Link to ON
7. Set Standby Power Save to ON
8. Set Intelligent Auto Standby to ON (With reminder)

2. Wait for 2 mins to fully discharge the soundbar
3. Plug the AC power cord back into the wall outlet
Setting HDMI CEC (Option A)
1. Press Menu button > Setup > VIERA Link Settings > VIERA Link > ON
2. Set Power on link > Yes
3. Set Power off link > Yes
4. Set Default speakers > Theatre
Setting HDMI CEC (Option B)
1. Setup > System
2. Set HDMI EDID >
HDMI 2.0 (For Shockwafe DTS:X Series)
HDMI 1.4 (For Shockwafe Pro 7.1 (2016 model)
3. Select HDMI Link
4. Set HDMI Link Control to ON
5. Set Device Power Off to ON
6. Set TV Power On to ON
7. Set Audio Receiver to ON
NOTE: Never power off the soundbar first. Power off the Panasonic TV and it will automatically power off the soundbar. If you power off the soundbar first, the HDMI CEC settings between the soundbar and Panasonic TV will be lost.
