Connect XBOX SERIES X (HDMI OUT) to soundbar HDMI 2 or 3 (processing prioritised) with a HDMI-certified High-Speed 2.0 cable (18Gbps) for high quality video and audio. Recommended HDMI Cable >

Ensure your TV HDMI ARC port supports HDCP 2.2 standard to allow 4K HDR/Dolby Vision display. Check your TV manual for more information.

Connect XBOX Series X to TV with a HDMI-certified High-Speed 2.0 cable (18Gbps) and then TV to soundbar via HDMI ARC

Dolby Atmos MAT audio playback:

Some content devices output Dolby Atmos audio in "Dolby Atmos MAT" format, a new audio format that adds Dolby Atmos metadata into lossless pulse-code modulation (PCM) audio. The content devices are designed to prioritize internal buffering for high quality video when playing Dolby Atmos MAT contents. Therefore, the buffering process might cause random audio cut-outs. 1. CHECK YOUR TV SETTINGS

Sequence:

Menu > Settings > General > TV & display options
TV & display options > Setup > 4K TV details

Note: It is recommended to allow XBOX run the diagnostic on your TV to help you determine the suitable settings.

TV & display options > Advanced > Video Modes
Video Modes > Allow 50Hz > Check > Allow 24Hz > Check > Allow auto-latency mode > Check > Allow variable refresh rate > Check > Allow 4K > Check > Allow HDR10 > Check > Auto HDR > Check

Note: If your TV does not support Dolby Vision, the option will be blocked

NOTE

Play Dolby Vision contents on Netflix to verify Dolby Vision format. Your TV will display a notification mentioning the Dolby Vision format is activated
