How to Avoid Subwoofer Connection Conflict if Owning Two Shockwafe Systems?

If you own 2 sets of Shockwafe soundbar system at home, it is advised to perform manual subwoofer pairing to your soundbar to avoid any potential wireless connection conflict.

A. Start with Shockwafe 1 system

i. Power OFF the other Shockwafe 2 system and disconnect it from the AC outlets

ii. Perform manual re-link the subwoofer(s) with the soundbar for Shockwafe 1 system

  1. Ensure the soundbar and subwoofer(s) are powered OFF

  2. Power ON the LEFT subwoofer​

  3. Press and hold the PAIRING button at the back of LEFT subwoofer until the Blue LED starts blinking rapidly​

  4. Power ON the RIGHT subwoofer (for dual subwoofers models only)​

  5. Press and hold the PAIRING button at the back of RIGHT subwoofer until the Blue LED starts blinking rapidly (for dual subwoofers models only)

  6. Power ON the soundbar​

  7. Press the INPUT button on top of soundbar to toggle USB mode​

  8. Press and hold the DEMO button on top of soundbar until "PAIR-" is shown on soundbar's LED display

  9. Once the linking process is completed, the soundbar's LED display will show "DONE" and the Blue LED at the back of subwoofer(s) will stay lit constantly

iii. Once the re-link is complete, play audio on the system for awhile to ensure the connection is stable

iv. Power OFF the Shockwafe 2 system

B. Setup connection on Shockwafe 2 system

i. Power ON the Shockwafe 2 system

ii. Perform manual re-link the subwoofer(s) with the soundbar for Shockwafe 2 system (refer to A ii for subwoofer relinking instruction)

iii. Once the re-link is complete, play audio on the system for awhile to ensure the connection is stable

iv. Power ON the Shockwafe 1 system and the paired subwoofer(s) should connect to the soundbar automatically
