No Video from HDMI Connection
These are the recommended solutions when there is no video signal received from HDMI connection:
A. Clear the HDMI EDID on your TVs
Most TVs are likely to remember the HDMI-EDID of your old soundbar if you do not perform a HDMI refresh. This may affect audio performance and give rise to connectivity issues (e.g. non-functioning CEC).

B. Unplug and replug the HDMI cable
This helps to ensure both ends of the HDMI cable are securely connected to the Blu-ray/streaming device/TV and soundbar.
If your HDMI cable is defective, we highly recommend purchasing a new HDMI 2.0 cable.
For 4K UHD video transmission, we highly recommend purchasing a new HDMI 2.0 cable.
