Audio Sounds Muffled
It is likely that your content devices are not sending Bitstream, Dolby or DTS content to the soundbar. That causes the soundbar to receive PCM 2.0 audio that may cause low, muffled, or distorted audio quality
For PCM input content, the audio decoding is done by the source devices. Then, the raw audio signal is sent to the soundbar for playback.
For Bitstream input content, the audio decoding is done by the soundbar (recommended). What happens here is that the source device sends the original audio content to the soundbar for the soundbar to decode.
To optimize audio quality:
Set your content devices to output Bitstream, Dolby or DTS audio. Click HERE to see the most recommended audio settings for various TVs and content devices.
Select Clear Voice EQ (DTS:X series only) or increase the center channel level to further enhance the audio clarity.
